This is the first time that Punjab University has set up a teaching campus outside Lahore in 123 years. Therefore, the Gujranwala Campus of the Punjab University has been established with the full attention and cooperation of the Honorable Principal Lt. Gen. Khalid Maqbool and the Vice President. Therefore, the inauguration of the sub-campus is in line with the educational policy of the present government of the President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, General Pervez Musharraf.
PU Gujranwala Campus Merit List 2022

PUGC Morning Programs Merit List 2022

This building is very similar to the old campus building of Punjab University in Lahore. It is far from the city, with easy transportation, and at the same time away from the busy city streets. It covers an area of 22 kanals. So it has 37 classrooms, an administrative building, a large multi-functional hall, and ancillary facilities (such as a parking lot, a canteen, a bookstore, two large lawns, etc.).

Admission to the reserved seats is on different basis like sports, students from FATA area, so students from Balochistan and some others.
