Candidates should read the Prospectus for Health Education Program 2021-22 carefully before submitting the online application form.

Short listed candidates shall be required to produce the following documents in original at the time of interview

• 4 recent passport size photographs.
• SSC Certi cate and DMC or IBCC Equivalence.
• F.Sc. (Pre-medical)  Certi cate and DMC or IBCC Equivalence.
• CNIC Form-B
• In addition to above Post RN candidates shall bring experience certi cate, RN Diploma and one year specialty / midwifery diploma

RCN, RCAHS and RCRS reserves the right to revoke admission and registration if the information provided by the candidate proves to be incorrect/false.

For Post RN BScN separate entry test will be conducted internally.
